Olivia Rubin Graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2006 with a BA in Fashion Print.

Olivia's final collection was chosen for the College's annual press show and received reviews in numerous publications

including London's Evening Standard who cited naked body print designs as one of the 'stand out collections'

1) When did you decide to become a fashion designer?

I have been artistic from a young age so I always knew I wanted to do something creative. I fell into fashion at school through my tutor who introduced me to screen printing. From this I just began designing prints and fashion and after seeing a documentary on St Martin's I knew that was the college I had to go to!

2) Celebrities are often spotted wearing your clothes, who would you most like to see wearing your clothes and why?

I have recently dressed Fearne Cotton-I love her eclectic mix of designer, vintage and high street. I would also love to dress Katy Perry and Chloe Sevigny for their experimental take on fashion.

3) Is fashion in your family?

My father is in the shoe retail business so his retail experience has definitely proved very valuable to me.

4) What was your most regrettable item of clothing?

I actually used to be quite a geeky kid-so I probably regret my obsession with Naf Naf clothing!

5) Which designer do you most admire and why?

I previously worked at John Galliano in Paris which was an amazing opportunity. I got to witness his design process first hand and loved the way he has stayed true to his own style from the start. He definitely has a unique identity and watching him inspired me to branch out solo.

6) What has been your proudest achievment and why?

 I have had so many surreal moments-my first day at Saint Martin's, working at Galliano in Paris, setting up my label and most recently the day of my first catwalk show for AW09- I knew I had to just soak it all up!

7) Which super power would you like to have and why?

 To be invisible-so I could sneak into all the top shows and see what the rest of the fashion world gets up to behind closed doors!

8) If I take a look inside your refrigerator what would I find?

 A mix of healthy and naughty foods-lots of Actimel, sushi and cheese! I like random mixes!
